We are proud to celebrate Fidel Redskipper from our Mufakose Hub, who has just secured a role as a Graphic Designer at Metalflow, before even completing the Bootcamp. He is the second student in this cohort to land a job before graduation, and we could not be more excited for him. In his own words: "Joining the Uncommon bootcamp was all about turning a passion into a mastered craft, but the real breakthrough came in learning how to bridge the gap between creative visual design and strategic social media marketing. Through intense, hands-on projects and relentless skill-building in Figma and Canva, I learnt how to add value. Transitioning from a bootcamp student to securing a role has been an incredible milestone, proving that dedication, the right tools, and a sharp creative vision can fast-track a career from classroom to industry impact."
